The Southern Ohio Employer Resource Network (SOERN) helps employees access social service and training programs that support employment.
We serve employers in Ross, Jackson and Vinton Counties.
Employers join SOERN by securing a share of the network's time. During that time, a success coach provides on-site hours at your facility that are dedicated to helping your employees' needs.
