SS Payee Program

Ross County Community Action the Representative Payee program. The clients that are served through this program, are either referred through Scioto Paint Valley Mental Health, the local Social Security Office or Veteran’s Administration.

Social Security clients are charged a monthly fee for the services that are provided to them. All accounts handled through the agency are set-up for direct deposit through a local bank. These funds are used to pay all of the client’s bills, provide them with money to purchase daily essentials and ensure that all of their needs are met. Depending on the needs of the client, appointments are set up weekly, bi-weekly or monthly for them to meet with their payee.
