Electrical Partnership Program (EPP)

Partnering with American Electric Power (AEP), the Electrical Partnership Program offers help in lowering utility bills. The energy auditor will then provide consumer education and, if eligible, new LED light bulbs.

COAD is a consortium of 17 Community Action Agencies providing a legislative voice to the Southeastern Ohio region of 30 Appalachian Counties. COAD has operated a multitude of successful weatherization and energy efficiency programs since 1975. COAD administers and oversees funding for Ross CAC for the Department of Energy Home Weatherization Assistance Program, Enhancement program, the USF Electric Partnership program and the WarmChoice® program provided by Columbia Gas of Ohio.
