Must be completely homeless and have a written letter from an agency, doctor, minister, school, business owner, police officer, attorney etc. on THEIR letterhead.
Must state homeless situation (in tent, car, abandoned building etc.)

Photo ID of Head of Household, SS for EVERY member of the family
Income for ALL adults over 18 for the last 30 days who will be residing in the housing
